Description
These Mullard made 6AK5W M8100 EF95 black plate were produced in the UK during the 1970’s-1980’s at the renowned Mitcham factory and are branded either National or RTC (for the french military). They have round halo getters, black plates and are in either red National Boxes, or original French military boxes. Highly recommended for the Little Dot, and ALO Pan Am tube headphone amplifier and USB DAC.

Very sweet sounding tubes with smoother low end and crisper high end than the original GE5654 driver tubes found in the Little Dot MK III. The Mullard M8100s are strongly recommended in tube-rolling threads on head-fi.org, among others. Well worth the cost to upgrade.
