1960’s-1970’s Sylvania 12AX7 NOS Long Plate $149.99 per tube Same ultra durable construction as JAN 12AX7WA. Long pinched plates, brighter and bolder than alot of other short plate 12ax7 tubes. Not recommended for super high gain guitar amplifiers unless used in as a phase inverter or positions where microphonics are not as critical.

Very sweet sounding tubes with smoother low end and crisper high end than the original driver tubes. This is strongly recommended in tube-rolling threads, among others. Well worth the cost to upgrade.
